Mental Health Benefits of Boxing

When it comes to staying healthy, you don't have to worry only about your body.  Mental health is just as important to living a healthy lifestyle.  That's why Hilary Kennedy spoke to Kelli Casad, the General Manager and Co-Owner of the TITLE Boxing Club in Uptown Dallas, about how boxing can help keep our minds AND bodies healthy.

According to Kelli, boxing helps focus your mind, by keeping you on track while performing different punch combinations. Also, when you're working on the heavy bag, you can block out the rest of the world and let all of your stress out on the bag.

In fact, many CEOs start their mornings with boxing so they can take out their stress and aggression in the gym and not out on their employees.
