- 12 slices precooked bacon
- 1 box macaroni and cheese cooked (shells or elbow noodles)
- ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a greased muffin pan with slices of precooked bacon. Make the bacon connect all away around the circular tin as best as possible. Add cooked macaroni and cheese to middle of bacon cups. Divide the macaroni and cheese between the cups in the muffin pan until you run out. Sprinkle with Panko breadcrumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
For Neeha, the bacon cups mostly stayed together but there were a few that fell apart. If she had to do it over again she would have used store-bought precooked bacon. The bacon that was cooked on her stove was way too crispy to try to shape in the muffin tin.
