Neeha’s Nursery: Reviewing The DockATot and Ollie Swaddle

Like any new mother, Eye Opener's Neeha Curtis is always on the look out for dependable, quality products to keep her little bundle of joy comfy and safe.

She recently tested out two products that promise to address specific newborn needs. The DockATot claims to be the perfect accessory for parents who travel or spend a lot of time on the go. The Ollie Swaddle is supposed to keep your kiddo snug and safe while sleeping.

DockATot

Pros:

It’s lightweight, portable, and great for parents who travel.

It gives baby a secure feeling— baby loves feeling secure laying in the Dock-A-tot.

Great for quick diaper changes.

You can keep the baby next to you on the bed, on the couch, or wherever you are.

Cons:

Price. It’s not cheap. Retails for $185 deluxe to $290 grand. But it can be a good investment since it lasts ages 0-8 months for the Deluxe.

 

The Ollie Swaddle

Pros:

Baby sleeps longer and doesn’t jerk themselves awake.

It’s incredibly was to swaddle. There’s no intricate wrapping.

Material is breathable and flexible.

Adjustable for baby as the baby grows.

Cons:

Pricey for a swaddle but you only need one and it lasts. Retails for $59
